When tasting the outcome, you'll notice bolder and stronger flavors of ripe berries and a hint of smokiness. Perfect if you're looking to try a new coffee experience with bold and exotic flavors. To ensure optimal flavor, every batch should be rested for 10 days after roasting, allowing the beans to fully develop their complex profile. Not doing so could result in a lesser flavor.
